MEET JESSICA BENIQUEZ AN ENIX LIFESTYLIST | HERE IS HER STORY OF LOSING 170 POUNDS!
Hi I'm Jessica,

I was born and raised in Florida and in 2016 I decided to change my life for the better and started on my 100+ lb weight loss journey!

Being overweight was normal for me. Ever since I was just a little girl I was chunky. I was also a super-picky eater and wasn’t forced to eat anything I didn’t like. It wasn’t that I overate, it was more of all the un- healthy eating and the genes in my family.

In 2016, I was over 330 lbs. I was only 20 years old and was not only overweight but also had high blood pressure. I didn’t know how I was going to lose it but I was just so fed up with feeling the way I did so I decided to take on my own weight loss journey.

Once I saw results, Jessica @getfitwjessica

there was no giving up. I was motivated everyday just by the way I felt and I loved seeing progress through pictures and my clothes fitting looser; nothing felt better.

Now, I’ve partnered with Enix Lifestyle to work with a team committed to providing science-backed solutions for weight loss and to share with you my tips and meals that keep me healthy, happy, and satisfied all day!

No weight loss journey will be easy but it is so worth it. Consistency is key. Keep a positive mindset, portion your meals and moving your feet is all it takes! When things get hard, keep moving because like I said, consistency plays the main role.
