Meet Franny Carpenter an Enix Lifestylist | Here Is Her Story of Losing 150 Pounds Naturally!

Hi Everyone!
I’m Franny and I am so glad you’re here!
You are taking the first step in changing your life and gaining control over your health and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share what has worked for me throughout my own weight loss journey with you.
I’ve partnered with Enix Lifestyle to work with a team committed to providing science-backed solutions for weight loss and to share the meals that keep me healthy, happy, and satisfied all day! The information that you will receive has not only helped me naturally lose over 150 pounds but has been a key component in helping me keep it off for over 3 years.
“I was, and will always be, an emotional eater with many traumatic life experiences leading me to my final breaking point of weighing in at 331 pounds.”
I have been heavy my entire life, from adolescence through my teen years and well into adulthood, but it wasn’t until my late twenties that I really started to see and feel the damage my weight was causing me. I was and will always be an emotional eater, with many traumatic life experiences leading me to my final breaking point of weighing in at 331 pounds. Seeing the scale continually go up year after year was heartbreaking because I knew I wanted more for myself. I wanted to lose the weight and, most importantly, to live a healthy lifestyle.
“I lost 100 pounds in my first 10 months and all it really came down to was learn- ing self-control and the importance of properly fueling my body.”
I began my weight loss journey in 2016 on my own with no outside help or guidance. I began doing my own research and learned along the way through trial and error until I finally found what worked best for me. Through a consistent low carb diet and dedicated workout routine, I was able to gain my life back! I lost 100 pounds in my first 10 months and all it really came down to was learning self-control and the importance of properly fueling my body.
My biggest tip for weight loss is focusing on what you’re eating, how often you eat, and your portion sizes. So many times we are overeating without even realizing it and that was my biggest downfall - I was eating out of boredom and, simply, because I could. Now I eat with a purpose, plan out my meals, and have found other ways to spend my free time that doesn’t involve food.
I can’t wait to hear from you and see your progress!
You Got This!
