Meet Jess | Enix Lifestyle CEO

You have either found us through one of our influencers or by word of mouth; but either way it means you’re here and you’re ready to make a change. I am not going to lie, the hard work is real and it is ahead of you with our meal plans, know however that we have created a 63 day path for you and you’re going to feel better about yourself with this new beginning.

Throughout our plans we are going to have tips, tricks, a meal plan, workout suggestions, printable grocery lists, etc. I want to give you my word that the other founders and I have spent the better part of a year putting this plan together perfecting what works in order to be able to set you up for success. What you won’t get is quick results here, however, you’ll finally learn about a lasting healthy lifestyle. In addition, we have had many in depth conversations with doctors and experts, including our influencer partners about their weight loss successes in order to craft an experience that gets you on the direct path for a healthier lifestyle. 

Dr. Rachel Paul is someone whom will be mentioned throughout the site and our plans; she is our head nutritionist and creator of our meal plans. She is one of the best in the world when it comes to what’s good for our bodies, addressing energy and nutrient needs and she also knows that fad diets are not the way. She cared about me when I came to her asking for help for myself and furthered my ask to help all of you. 

Also, by now, you have read about Enix Lifestyle and our promise to you. Enix Lifestyle, for me personally, was forged and born out of frustration in a world of having been on many fad diets with few answers, little weight loss, and empty promises. 

The value I bring to you is that I have been there, I have had many ups and downs as I am sure many of you have had as well. My highest weight I can ever remember seeing on the scale was in the 220s and the recent lowest was in the 140s. When I was 14 years old I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and from there on I have always had issues with not only my weight but many irregular periods that were simply hell. I have struggled trying to become a mom, I have screamed so hard with bad period cramps that tears come down my face, I have gone on national television to lose weight publicly and as I approached my 30s I had doctors telling me that pregnancy would be a huge challenge if not impossible without medical intervention. I have missed dates and dances and classes for my own fears of how I looked being overweight and overall I have listened and I have finally learned. 

I am proud to say that not only am I pregnant with my first child, but I am also more comfortable in my own skin. I can say this simply because I have figured out the mindset of my relationship with food as well as found my tribe of people who care enough to listen and want to be part of the change; they are my enix.

With all of that said, I am so happy you are here. YOU’VE GOT THIS! I encourage you to also be active in the groups as the community is really a place for you to feel comfortable, ask questions, and be your you. The last thing I want to leave you with was I was watching a tv show recently and a character on the show said that they were not on a “diet” that they were on a “liveit” LIVE - IT. If you are to take but one thing away while being on this journey with us, please know that this is not just about being on a diet, this is about living life and being the best version of yourself! Enix is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle and we want to teach you to… Be Your You.
